Deputy County Manager Now City Manager

David Villano | 9/1/2006
The city commission has appointed a new city manager, veteran Deputy Miami- Dade County Manager Pete Hernandez, who replaces Joe Arriola. He also was criticized for failing to disclose a real estate deal he entered with Mayor Manny Diaz and former City Commissioner Johnny Winton
